As first time home buyers, Carol did an amazing job during this process. She was patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. Carol explained every detail and was flexible in everything. We are grateful to have the opportunity to work and make this incredible purchase.

Karrie-Ann and Coldwell Banker did a fantastic job with helping me sell my house. Their marketing services were the best I've ever seen and gave my house lots of exposure. She was very professional and communicative and helped me along every step of the way. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Simon did an amazing job as our realtor. He made us feel like we were his priority at all times, he was extremely responsive and so knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. If we had questions Simon had the answers and if he didn’t he was quick to get us an answer. Highly recommend going with Simon and his team for your real estate needs!
